Shipping
We ship within the United States. Orders over $49.00 ship free. Everything else is charged at cost at checkout — you'll see the exact amount before you pay.
Most orders leave within two business days. You'll get an email with tracking the moment each parcel goes out. An order with gear from more than one place may arrive in more than one box, and each gets its own tracking email.
Downloads don't ship. The link is in your confirmation email and on your order page, straight away.
Returns
If it isn't right, send it back within 30 days. Unused gear in resellable condition gets a full refund to the original payment method. No restocking fee.
Flies that have been fished, and downloads that have been downloaded, can't come back — but if something arrived damaged or wasn't what we described, tell us and we'll sort it out regardless.
Start a return by replying to your order confirmation, or write drew@smoltco.com with your order number. A person reads it.
Something went wrong
Lost parcel, wrong size, rod tip snapped in the post — email us. We would rather fix it than argue about it. House rule № 01: no stupid questions.
